In 2012 KC met and married her best friend and relocated to California for her husband’s career in television. Ironically, his career consisted of ‘Flipping Television Stations’ for a group of partners.

 

Since the Real Estate crash lingered into 2012, her career diverted into the television industry, which created various experiences over a decade from Broadcast Account Manager positions, writing commercial scripts, to becoming a Stunt Double for Patricia Arquette in the CSI Cyber Television series. This quickly identified her as a SAG LA Actor for the next two years. KC engaged in a multitude of acting performances from Television Series, Movies, Commercials, and Infomercials. Fun Fact: her final project in LA was working with Will Ferrel and Amy Pohler in the movie ‘The House’.

 

In early 2021 KC and her husband relocated to Tucson from San Diego, CA. She continued working in the broadcast industry for KGUN9, but realized Real Estate was her true passion. This led her back into real estate during the crazy bidding wars and the lowest rates in history. After obtaining her Arizona license in 2022, her desire for a challenge led her to the Commercial and Property Management division of Real Estate.
