Fran Lyle – Goldsmith Real Estate

Born in Virginia, I was raised in Springfield, Missouri which is a small town of five colleges and universities. I grew up in a family of business owners. My father was a contractor/builder of custom homes where some of my fondest memories as a child are of following him and helping him build. At an early age, real estate became a passion for me. Although at age twelve, I knew that I also wanted to be a teacher.

After college, my Air Force husband and I were sent to Japan where he was with the National Security Agency. I loved it there. The new experiences, the people, and the culture were all very wonderful. Our first son was also born there, which made Japan even more special.

Eventually, we settled in Tucson. It was here that I obtained my real estate license and then my broker’s license. Residential, Corporate Relocation, Income, and Commercial Real Estate were my areas of interest.

It was also in Tucson that I bought Adventure School, a school for young children, and one of the earliest kindergarten & pre-kindergarten schools in Tucson. The twenty-five years as the owner were very dear to my heart.

So, after many amazingly awesome chapters in my life, I am again as passionate as ever to bring years of experience to Goldsmith Real Estate in helping you with all aspects of your real estate needs.
